Please purchase this returns label if you wish return an item that you have purchased in exchange for another style from our extensive range.

We have found that many customers can pay as much as ?10 to ?15 to return a standard pair of Dr Martens, we have therefore created this very reasonable returns label to help make returning your order as cost effective as possible.

Once you add this item to your basket, go to the checkout and complete your order. You will then receive an e-mail notification once your payment has cleared, this will contain information regarding advice on how to fill out your returns label.

Once you have your returns label simply print it out, pop it on the box and take your order to the post office (please ensure you get a receipt, this will contain your tracking number).

If it is an exchange that you require please take the time to include a simple hand written note inside the box stating the exact style, size and colour you wish to have in exchange.

Any additional information you believe may be useful can also be included on this note, information such as order number, mobile telephone number etc can mean we can process your return far quicker.

***Orders returned via any process remain the property of the customer until they are signed for my a member of staff from the Boot Company, therefore obtaining tracking details (found on your receipt when using our returns label) is vital should the item not arrive within the expected timeframe.***
