Returning your Purchase

Providing your purchase was made within 30 days of the date you wish to make a return, returns will be dealt with in the following way: 

If you decide your purchase is not suitable or does not fit, you may return it to us for a Replacement or a Refund to the value of the purchased product. 

To help make your return as simple as possible we offer a £6.99 Return and Exchange label and a £5.99 Return label. Each of these labels can be purchased HERE once the label is added to your basket and purchased you will be sent an e-mail with details of how to fill out and print your returns label via the Royal Mail website. 

Please ensure that a £6.99 Exchange Label is used for products that require an exchange. Please note orders which are returned for an exchange with a £5.99 label will incur an additional charge of £3.99 for return postage. 

Orders which require a Refund will be refunded within in a minimum of 3 working days once the returned parcel is received at our retail store. 

Before returning any product, please send us a short e-mail expressing your desire to return your purchase. Please include the Order Number, date, style, colour and size of the product you wish to return and full details of the product you require as a replacement. This will help us to process your return more quickly when it arrives at our returns department. E-mails should be sent to [email protected]

Please note, the returned item must be unworn & in re-sellable condition including its original packaging. Again, please enclose full details of your original order together with clear instructions for the style, size and colour you require. 

Returns made outside of the 30 day return period will be subject to a £10 re-stocking charge, please contact us before making any return outside of this 30 day period. Where possible extensions will be provided for Christmas and other legitimate causes but this will be at our discretion. 

Any customer who returns an order by simply applying tape and posting labels directly to the box will be charged £10 for a replacement box, please wrap the shoe box in a posting bag, black bag or even wrapping paper to ensure the box is protected and therefore in great condition for the next customer.

Excessive returns may incur a re-stocking charge.

In the unfortunate case of an item which has developed a fault which has not been caused by misuse, please return it to us for inspection. Upon identification of a fault, we may refund any reasonable postage charge incurred by the customer, & send a replacement or issue a full refund. Before returning a product, you may wish to telephone our customer representative for help and advice with your problem? Please note, we are unable to accept the return of overseas orders sent by Surface Mail.
